Governmental entities, such as cities, townships, and municipalities, require specialized legal assistance. Although facing many of the same issues as other businesses, such as employment law problems and personal injury defense issues, other topics are unique to a governmental entity, such as civil rights defense or statutory schemes to limit liability.
